Had this problem myself. There are drain hoses inside the front wheel
wells, but you have to remove the rear plastic cover near the doors to
get at them to unblock them. These get full of dirt and block up. For
some reason they're designed to let water out, but also trap dirt. To
fix snip a part of the hose so it becomes free draining.
The rear ones are inside the trunk/boot of the car and the plastic trim
inside there has to be removed . A pain but easy enough. That has the
same type hoses.
Just snip a small amount off them to clear them.
The sunroof has four hoses draining the internal gutters at each corner
of the glass.
It seems most models are like this.
