Ebay has them intermittently. The ideal situation would be one in which they
had been removed by the owner in favor of something else, and left to
collect dust, and the owner is now wishing to get rid of them. I am in
Dallas, so even better if they are in my area. I have the standard steel
wheels (an LX model) with those crappy plastic covers that you cannot even
remove without removing the entire wheel first.

I can live without them, but it would be nice to get some in time for my
next new set of tires (in the next 6-8 months).
