My 95" Legend blew a hose yesterday and lost most of the coolant before I
even realized it. The car had never reached that temperature in its life
and occurred on the only day in my life when I honestly did not glance once
at the temperature gauge. I let my guard down unfortunately and may have
paid a high price for doing so.
After letting it cool down entirely, I filled it with water and started it
up. It seems to run fine but needs the leak fixed obviously. The oil is
clean and has no water in it, and I'm looking for folks with past experience
on these cars getting hot and what I can expect whether it be a new engine,
cracked head/block or???????????
