Sounds like an ECU that's blown up a couple capacitors. You can do a
google.com search for 'honda ecu repair capacitors' and you might find a
couple of DIY repair sites. At least you can see if the symptoms are the
same. Has you car ever been involved in a flood? I have a PDF I'll send.
