Keep in mind that these were Service Bulletins, not recalls. Any repairs
done today on vehicles out of warranty you will pay for. None are safety
related. The throttle body airscrew update was only to certain VIN #'s and
did not apply to all 99 models. The worst problem there is some periodic
("under certain conditions") poor emissions.
For your clutch pedal, it was an update for a noise, not a failure. If you
have had no problem for the past 6 plus years with your master or slave
cylinder, there is not much you can hold Honda responsible for, but you
should certainly ask your dealer if your vehicle was affected by these
updates. It wouldn't hurt to ask for assistance, especially if you have had
your vehicle maintained by your dealer. A little of the info on these

SYMPTOM A squeak or groan when you press the clutch pedal. The pedal may
