I just visited the nhtsa.gov website and found the following information
related to the 1999 Accord--I should note that I own a 1999 Accord EX

It states that there are two Technical Service Bulletins

Service Bulletin Number 98084
Component: Power Train: Clutch Assembly: Pedal/Linkage
Summary: Clutch Pedal Noise



Service Bulletin Number 04011
Component: Engine and Engine Cooling: Engine
Summary: Product Update: Throttle Body Air Bleed Screw.

On my next visit to the local Honda shop, I'm going to ask the service
manager about these issues in relation to my car--I advise you to do the
same. If there are any Honda Shop employees that have advice for us,
please post the advice.
