The Haynes manual has a picture covering the Civic of that vintage with the
D16Y7 engine. The photo, on page 1-4, shows it on the backside of the engine
(accessible from the top) and just to the rear of the "D" in the HONDA logo
on the valve cover. It appears to be underneath the fuel rail.
