Lets go over what we know for sure about this contest.

The Prelude is about 3100lbs, your civic is about 2500lbs.

The H22A Prelude makes I think 200-210hp, depending on the year. I'm working off memory here.

A stock B18C1 (GSR engine) makes 170hp, stock intake, manifold, exhaust, etc.

A B18C1 cannot have HeaderS. There's only 1 head, there's only 1 header. More than one won't help.

A stock GSR Integra that has been modified with typical Intake/header/exhaust will make about 170-175 at the wheels stock. Add your aftermarket cams (you didn't say what kind) and gears, assuming you degreed your cams correctly, and you could be looking at 180-185hp at the wheels. That's approximately 200hp at the crank, give or take.

So you're against a prelude with about 3100lbs, and about 210hp.

You have a Civic with about 2600lbs (assuming coupe) and about 200hp.

You should win.

But then again, if you're afraid of a 15 second car with a highly modified car, then there's 2 problems.

1. You picked the wrong car to modify if you're still afraid of losing to a 15 second car.

2. You shouldn't be modifying a car for more power if you're afraid of losing a race.

EDIT:

And if you're that afraid, take all your mods off, leave it with a stock B18C1, and let me drive. I'm betting I would have him beat by at least 1/2 second in 1/4 mile, if not more. I'd bet he would run about a 15.2 and I'd run about a 14.5 or better very first run.
