I have a 89 civic hatchback 1.5 liter that has been sitting for about a
year.
Has no spark.
I resoldered the main relay just in case.
when I ground pin 4 of the ignition control module (ignitor) I get a good
spark from coil.
I have 11.7 volts at coil when cranking.
no signal coming from ecu to ignition module.
no error codes on ECU. no lights at all on it.
I dont have any wiring diagrams.

where to next?
How can I test the ECU?
Is there any jumper to force the ecu to flash anything to confirm it is
working?
