Turn signals on both front corners have quit working properly.
The left signal stays on all the time, and the right corner signal
light will not come on at all. Neither bulb flashes when turn signal
is activated. Both bulbs have been replaced, with no change.

Is there a relay I could test or replace, and where is it located?
Or should I be looking at the flashing mechanism - where do I find it?
