d15b from a 95 is the same engine you ahve, no vtec, you want a d16z6 (92-95
ex) , and its 125hp. Also the ecu is the p28. Wiring is the same except you
have to wire up the vtec selenoid which is 2 wires, one goes to the ecu, the
other is ground.
