Maybe it's just icing up inside? Have you ever changed the cabin filter,
and are you using 'recirc' to reduce load / icing? If it's really humid
outside, and you fail to use 'recirc', you're trying to dehumidify the
great outdoors, which could ice the core very quickly. What does your
owner's manual say?
