You probably have the cheaper to build, costlier to replace, integral hub
bearings. These have the inner bearing ring as normal, but the outer ring is
a hardened region of the hub itself. Once the balls get worn, or the outer
region damaged, you get a complete new hub. Check parts places for the best
deal. Should be about C$100 / US$80 each.
