the B18C is the better engine, the H22A is less tuneable and heavier, and stock only puts out a few horses more than the B18C. the B18C will cost alot more though, dont confuse the B18C1 with it, the C1 is the acura integra gsr engine, the B18C is the JDM integra type-r.































the front/rear wieght distribution will be put of in the civic with a H22, so bear that in mind, it will most likely result in more understeer. the H22 are not good for forced induction with stock internals, whereas a B18 would be alot more capable with a turbo. you WILL have issues with a turbo H22.































so go for theJDM B18C, but it will cost you around £1800+ for a complete engine with dizzy, loom etc, before labour charges are added onto that....
