Boosting an H22 is highly unrecomended without internal work, if boost is what you want then go with the b series, either one will be heavier than the d16 but if your upgrading suspension then you shouldnt worry much, I personally went with a B18c JDM Type R for my 92 Hatch, and I ran 13.2 with Megan headers and a Hondata S300
