personally, i would go for the B16B out of your options. it would be the easiest swap to a crx, and is a great engine. it uses the b18 block with the crank and sroke of the b16a, so is lighter puts out more power than the B18C1, 185bhp next to 170bhp from the C1. the ECU is capatable with alot more so im told, but then not sure if crx's have chipped keys anyway. In my opinion the B16 series are some of the best engines ever made and the B16B is the pinicle of the b16 family. A friend has an civic EK9 type-r (B16B) and its very fast, hard to believe its a 1.6l at times, plus they have a very high rev/fuel cut out limit (around 9000 rpm!)
if you have the CRX SiR then it will have the B16A1 anyway so if you were going to go to the effort of an engine swap then could go for a JDM B18C, will cost more, and would require more work to fit in, but i would deem it worth it, crx's are great cars and getting rare, its a treat to see a clean example nowadays, so if it were mine i would happily put the money in, the CRX with a 195bhp integra engine would be great fun. Ive also been in a stripped ej9 civic with a turbo B18C, and that was FAST, scary fast.
thats my personal preference, can't really comment on the b18 ls-vtec as not sure which b18 that is, dont want to just make up rubbish! dont have the ls integra's etc here in london so have never come across one. i would choose the B16B over the B18C1 anyday though, (exept for cost). Alot of people do B18 - crx swaps though so is do-able, check out this site, if you sign up (its free) you can probably ask other crx owners what they have done and so on:
