generally the gsr (integra) engine is the better engine, the b20 is the lower performing end of the B-series engines. both are vtec.
the gsr is the B18 engine, there are different variants, B18C1 in the US spec teggy's (acura integra gsr ) and the better B18C JDM version in the honda integra type-r. the b18c5 is found in the US spec acura integra type-r. the b18c1 puts out around 195bhp. thats the integra gsr engine, theres also a gsr engine, found in the JDM integra si-r (not sure which you meant) it puts out 178bhp and has 128ft/ibs torque.
there are many types of the B20 engine, the b20b series are the better ones, though still not as good as the b18/b16 b-series.the b20a (a3/a5) are not considered part of the B series family.
Go for the GSR engine if you really are putting N20 then you will need a strong engine, and it will go in the car easier, and parts will be more available. the b20a series arent capatable with many other B-series parts and will be more work to fit.
**note to everyone, ignore Y answers autocorrect on the spelling of 'VTEC', it thinks its vtech, a cordless phone!**
