really... if you wanna go cheap, just take out heavy stuff. I took out my original seats, put in lightweight ones and i can really notice the differnce. I also took out my spare tire and only use it when im going rather far from my area. The cold intake with just a PVC pipe as an extension made it sound really nice. Keep in mind my integra is only a GS.
