Unless you are going to build it yourself, you may as well just get the real deal, otherwise it's not gonna be cost effective. If you're intent on doing it yourself, your B18 block, a B16 head (you'll have to port it if you want close to Type R power), Type R pistons, camshafts and Intake manifold. A Type R header to round things out and you should end up with something that's pretty close.
