I would say check online but you can never be to sure about what they post. For me I would say check local junk yards if you want to be cheap or look for someone who is selling a cheap integra, use the engine and sell the body of the car. You can also check your local performance shops that specials in import cars and ask them how much they can get the engine for with everything, ecu, shift links ect. If lucky you can also check reguler shops that can get engines and if your lucky they will give you a warrenty on it. I have had 2 cars that had engine swaps. One of my civic a 99 model ex the engine blew on me. Was to lazy to do the swap myself since it was during the winter and they told me they can get me any engine with everything plus a one year warrenty. Since this civic was my daily driver I went with the orginal engine it came with. My 2nd civic is a 00 civic si with a kseries swap. To bad i totaled it on the track.
