a good one would be a 1-mile range remote start alarm system. viper, clifford, and compustar are mainly the good brand named ones. i have a viper 5900 sst 1 mile range remote start and it has been very good to me. but sorry i dont know where you can install it there in MD i live in CA.































and a cheap place to buy it is from ebay then have it installed. it costed me about $130 to get mine installed. and i bought the alarm for $100 locally off craigslist.
