Used Hondas and Acuras are great basic reliable transportation, and some of the best designed vehicles out there. And with a manual transmission, they are fun. How many miles are on this car? I've seen Integras/Accords with well over 250,000 miles and still running.

Bear in mind you are buying a $800 car; don't expect much. Buy the lowest mileage and least non modded car you can afford.
