From my experience with the AEM V2, you don't get the bogging issues due to heat soak on the SRI compared to the Injen. I have an 07 civic now and having the Injen for 2 months, I was getting the bogging issue again. switched to the Fujita SRI and no more bogging. Injen runs great without the bogging issues on my friends Matrix and Scion. Just seems that the Injen has bogging Issues on the Civic. don't know if it's on all Honda's.Since you are in SD, go with the Cold Air. just remember to stay away from the puddles.
