That is 100% incorrect...OBD-II Honda do have an idle adjustment screw that is located on the throttle body. However, it is very easy to miss because it is covered by a little rubber grommet that is the same color as your throttle body. it is located on the top corner.Here is your problem though. Adjusting the screw will not do anything to fix your idle. Idle is computer controlled and therefore must be adjusted by a reputable mechanic, or you local Honda Service Department.
