Thanks for all the commentary; here's an update for you all:
I went to a local Honda Dealership, and they have a "brand new, zero-mile"
2003 Civic DX coupe, with AT & FULL WTY (wty doesn't start till the car is
registered). It's their last 2003 in stock, and they've priced it at $15990
CDN. One year ago list was $18110 (I saw the invoice this afternoon.)!
It is pretty bare-bones however: no AC, CD,cruise, etc
