i have a 95 honda accord ex automatic. with about 140000 miles on it. when i put it in drive and reverse, it will rev up really high and itll barely move. i changed the fluids in it and it didnt solve the problem. there is a whirring noise coming from the transmission. is it the transmission that is bad or the torque converter or both?
