hondata intake manifold gasket, clean your air filter (if its been on there a while you'd be suprised how much of a difference this can make), since you said full exhaust Im assuming you have a high flow cat but if not buy a carsound cat, if its been a while since you've done a tune up do one ie plugs, wires, cap, rotor, switch to synthetic fluids (this includes manual transmission fluid get royal purple synchromesh), if all you do is burn tire out of the hole by some sticky tires this will probably help the most, underdrive lighweight aluminum pulley set (don't buy really cheap ones because they are not balanced well) Thats about all you can do without having to have your car tuned. IF you wanna take it farther buy a set of cams then get your car tuned. Or just go forced induction.
