They never had them in 1992-1995 Civics. You can make one yourself though, it's very easy. I did it with my car after leaving the lights on one too many times. You just go to radioshack and buy a "Piezo Buzzer", the part # for one is 273-059. It cost around $4; I think it was closer to $3. It's a pretty loud buzzer, but not too annoying. It actually sounds like it should have come with the car; about the same volume of the ding when you leave your keys in the ignition and open the door. You will also need something to mount this; like velcro or 3M double sided tape. Then you will need to wiring it in to 2 fuses, that are located under the driver's side part of the dash (I promise it's very easy). You just pull the fuses out (specific ones labeled below), wrap the end of the wire around one leg of the fuse, and put the fuse back into the fuse box. Here is where you wire them in.The red wire goes to the 10A Tail Light/ Instrument Light/ License Light fuse. The black wire goes to the 20A Wiper, Washer, (P/W RLY, S/R RLY) fuse.On the little panel where the fuse box is located, there should be a plastic card that labels which fuse is which. If it's not there, then here's a link to one:http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2206309
