RUN AWAY!!! Serious transmission problems on the 00-03 TL and CL. Absolute crap! I have an 01 and I had the trans replaced at 60k miles (I bought it at 50k miles, so I have no idea if the previous owner had it replaced, too). I'm at 87k miles - so far so good, but I'm not holding my breath.
