I don't know what you are inquiring about. The solenoid is a part of the starter(an electrical motor). There is no oil in that area-so no gasket. Whatever the cost, you "have ' to fix it. That or walk. The sooner you do it the better. The reason the car leaks is because pressure is going to places it shouldn't go....chances are you need rings(an engine overhaul)
