It's gotta be the third-most mentioned problem on this group. The
throttle body gets gummed up from fuel vapours, and the throttle plate
sticks to the walls of the body. Honda says to remove it for cleaning,
but I'd be tempted to just reach in and wipe it all off with a rag
dampened in throttle body cleaner or brake cleaner.

I'm sure somebody will post a helpful link for you to follow. Meantime,
do a google groups search for 'sticking throttle honda'
