How would that work out? The LS trannies can hit 150 but the GSR trannies only hit 130, but sacrifice lower top speed for acceleration. What if you put the gearing and top speed of an LS tranny, with the power of a GSR b18c1? Wouldn't it be like the best of both worlds? As far as accelerating it would be better than the LS tranny in the LS motor, but a little sluggish compared to the GSR tranny, then on the other hand, your top speed would be higher. Any thoughts on this? I might just try thisThat is true, acceleration helps more. However having a motor with Vtec, paired up with a long geared LS tranny could be killer on the streets.
