being that i owned a 93 then a 99 i would say no it wont fit you could try to make it fit but it wasnt meant to be there it would look wierd, 92-95 civics are one body style, then 96-00 are another i would say just look for a 92-95 bumper or trade your 96 bumper on craigslist for a 92-95(eg) bumper.
