sorry to say but th ats how the current shape civic is i was looking at one to buy brand new but found i could not see to park - i think after quite some time of driving the car you will get use to the length of the car, i could adjust the seat up to maximum height and it made no diffrence all i could see was t he windscreen /sheild wipers and nothing else of the bonnent. I peresonally chose to buy a honda jazz or else known as the honda Fitz and found even that little bubble a little hard to park for the first few months but now even though i dont see a bonnet i can park that little car in the tightest of spots where other big cars cannot fit i squeeze inbetween!!= happy motoring with your honda !! enjoy!!
