Default Looking for recommendation for All-Season tires for 2000 Honda Prelude

Hi, I'm looking for replacing the stock Potenza RE92 with another set
of all-season tires (probably performance or ultra performance
series). Here's some backgrounds:

1. I live in Toronto, Ontario (i.e. ocassional heavy snow during the
winter).
2. I won't buy snow tires. (i.e. only one set of tires)
3. I'm not too demanding on the tire performance on snow, AS LONG AS
IT'S NOT WORSE THAN THE STOCK POTENZA RE92.

Basically, I'm thinking about Pirelli P7000 or Toyo FZ4, and would
like to get some comments about the snow performance comparing the
stock ones. (Also, if you think there're better tires in this
category with a reasonable price, please let me know too.)

Also, for those of you who lives in Toronto area, what do you think is
a fair price?

Thanks... Steve
