Default Re: '04 Civic EX at high rpms

Yes, i just bought a 04 civic LX automatic.... and i also thought that it
seemed to rev a lot highter than my past vehicles. At about 100km/hr it
revs at 2,500rpm's where as my old 1999 toyota corolla would rev at about
1800rpm's at the same speed. I also notice that the civic has very poor
power for such high rpm's in comparison to my old corolla that had a lot
more pickup. But i think that's just the way the civic is, i have been in a
few and they all rev high, so i am pretty sure this is normal for this car.
