Im 16 years old and ill soon be 17 which means ill have my provisional license and ill need my own car. I was thinking about getting a honda civic ex with 130k miles on it. It looks pretty decent but i heard that you need to change some things like timing belt and some other stuff. What do i need to do the first thing i buy a car?
