My throttle cable was caked with dirt, i cleaned it as much as i could
then lubed it. Try moveing the throtle from under the hood and see if
the cable is slow to retern although if it happens after a rest i would
look at moveing parts on the throtle bodie. To make it last longer try a
dry lube or a good synthetic oil. You might try asking them what is
being done? Cant hurt.
