I never heard of this, most dealers make sure you are apporve before they give you any car, in which case if you werent approve or the credit took a while it should of taken that long for hit to call you an tell you that you where approve but not for the full amount, it insnt your fault that seems to be there error. And Dealers are closed Sundays why would they contact you on a Sunday this seems fishy. I would maybe call or research the yellow pages and find a lawyer for advice theres places where you can ask for help and its free. Best of luck with you.
