Hi guys I have a 99 Civic and in the winter only it will idle
really low after driving for over 10 minutes. When I stop at
a red light it even stalled 3 times last winter. It never happens
in the summer though... only in the winter. I sprayed the plugs
and cap with water like someone told me right when I start it
but it didn't make it idle low... only after the car warms up it seems
to happen.

Then if it stalls or I shut it off... then turn it back on... it's fine...
for
another little while.

Please fix my car =)
