I would want to see the car prior to repair to see what they mean by
"little mishap".
At least they called and told you --lots of places would try and pawn it off
as saying that's the way it came in.
I am sure they are on the up and up but I still would like to see the so
called scratch just for my peace of mind.
But that's just me talking.
