Honestly..I would check craigslist.com for an Accord. You don't have to pay the sales tax since its a private seller and not a dealer. Just be on the lookout for any rip-offs and remember to check the carfax and ask for the up-to-date maintenance records from the seller. You can also bargain for a cheaper price!
