You can do it, I did it in Virginia on a highway. If you start from when the light turns green and you do the speed limit to the next light it will turn geen just as you get to it. I did this for over 25 miles. When I did it, it was very early in the morning and there was not much traffic at all. I don't think you could do it when there is a lot of traffic. Now I understand they use sensors that detect how many cars are waiting for a light to change. So much for the timing of the lights.
