15 psi on a b18c motor is a little much for daily driving. if you want it to last as long as possible, get some sort of boost control to turn it down to around 6-7 psi around town, but still leaves you the option to run full boost at the track. turbos, by nature, are quick-wearing parts. 60,000 miles from the turbine wheel is considered a pretty full life. find out how long it's been since the previous owner installed it, because you may have to replace the turbo. invest in an oil cooler if it's not already on there.
