I have a 1999 Honda Civic and the brake pads are in great shape, but sometimes when I brake, there's a slight pulsing feeling, like a gentle jerking forward of the car. Once I come to a complete stop, it's totally fine, but while I'm braking, it just sort of shudders slightly. What could this mean?
