I don't believe there is an after market clock that will fit in the same
slot. I don't know whether the clock light is connected to the little knob
that you can turn to adjust the brightness of the instrument lights. Try
turning the knob to see if the clock light gets brighter. If that does not
work--try installing a different new bulb since you may have gotten a bad
bulb or the wrong type of bulb. You might try a different dealership since
the dealership where you got the defective bulb might just sell you
another defective bulb or wrong type of bulb. I can't help you with the
other problems. You might try
