I'm thinking of buying a 2001 Honda Accord, with 4 cylinders that I test drove today. The test drive was great--the pick up, the handling, the sound of the engine, etc. The car has 83,000 miles on it. The only thing is that I looked at Consumer Reports and saw that the '01, 4 cylinder model got a "poor" rating for that year. That was the only bad mark. I'm going to have it checked out by a mechanic. There was a little rust and corrosion (not much) on the engine.Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge about this year of the honda accords?
