I bought a clutch kit (includes disc, bearing, and pressure plate) for about $100 and a new flywheel for about $100 from the local auto parts store. No labor charges since I replaced it myself but sure is a challenge if you don't have a transmission jack.If you don't smell any burnt clutch or hear squeaking/grinding when you feel your clutch disc engage with the flywheel, then you should last several thousand miles more.If you want to reduce some of the noise and help your bearing last a little longer without replacing or taking apart your transmission, I would recommend reaching inside with a hangar wire and dabble some grease to the bearings and other parts inside the transmission. You just need to remove 2 bolts that hold your slave clutch cylinder and remove the rubber cover to expose the clutch fork. Apply some grease onto the clutch fork inside the dimple and reach inside to put some grease into the base of the clutch fork, spindle, and bearing. This area dries out after long periods and can help if you lubricate these contact parts.Good luck!
