All three brands you mentioned should be good products. AEM, perhaps is the biggest player in the market, and has a proven track record. If you visit Acura enthusiast websites, you'll see a range of performance gains (from posted dynos). Searching the Internet will provide a range of HP gains, ranging from ~ 7 whp to 17 whp gains. Personally, I think the AEM product probably delivers around 12-14 whp gain...from a composite of various dyno posts & websites.CAI is the very first performance mod worth doing since you'll get the most powre gains for the $$. You don't have to upgrade your exhaust, but doing so will enhance the overall results. Also, there are no 'cheap' chipsets for your model of car, though companies like AEM also make a $1,500 (offboard) ECM module. Be very wary of outlandish claims from manufacturers of these accessories. There's not a lot of hidden potential to be had, and you're going to face compromises, such as reduced fuel economy. BTW, on the other hand, a CAI system can actually improve your fuel economy. I use AEM on my '00 V6 Accord &'06 TL. On an open highway at legal cruise speeds, I can get 32 mpg from both cars (also have catback exhaust, & Denso Iridium plugs) installed.
