You have to look at the actual construction of the product instead of just brand names.. your objective is to provide as smooth and COLD a path as possible for air to come into your throttle body. Apart from looking out for gentle bends, you gotta also take care that 1. the pipe should match the diameter of your throttle body intake as possible to avoid turbulence. 2. pipe should be insulated so the cold air from outside remains cold and is not heated by the engine bay. (you can wrap with abestos fabric, ceramic coat it or get a carbon fibre pipe made) The filter gotta be of reasonably good quality.. I've tried Apexi with excellent results vs. other big brands. HKS and AEM's filter elements are pretty good too..
